Avoiding fat is not the way to be healthy.
One egg yolk has about 186mg cholesterol. It is recommended to consume no more than 300 mg of cholesterol each day. If you consume more than that every day it can eventually lead to hypercholesterolemia.

I don’t worry too much about numbers, I just cut back on frozen food, drink more water, and low sodium V8 and get my exercise (pushups & jogging & random sports with friends). I don’t wrap my entire life around weight and stuff.
One thing I recommend trying though is Flax.. I don’t know if you can get it everywhere but where I live I get bread with flaxseed. Flax is good for your immune system, cancer, fights cholesterol, AND is an all-natural anti depressant.
